Rude awkakenings

Woke up today to the sound of a fan fair blaring from my speakers,

turns out if i leave my speakers on full blast when i fall asleep, (with no music playing) when it wakes me up i jump out of bed xD

nothing really to say, up to my ears in uni work

Weird life sometimes

Today, I waited patiently for someone getting on the train then offered to help a lady with a bern in the pram lift it onto the train.

This man said "thank you for being so kind" I just said "its nothing, someone has to" and though that's my good deed for the day done then,

next thing I know the ticket conductor came over and I asked for a single to carlisle and got my money out and he said "its beening paid for by that man"

Kindness costs nothing and can reap reward

Teachers

Read today that some teachers were talking of going on strike because the local authorities want to shorten their summer holidays to just for weeks as it will "harm their health"

Dear teachers,

Stop whining about your holidays and get a proper job where you only get 4 weeks off a year.

From the rest of the working world

Teachers have one of the cushiest jobs in the world, all they do is spew the same information year in year out, while the kids are different, the syllabus rarely changes greatly, and they never EVER seem to stop moaning.

Not like I have room to talk ;) except students are entitled to that time off as they're creating brain cells and path ways which, despite what some people think, actually does take a ridiculous amount of energy (just ask my grandma and grandad how tired and cranky I got over a-level revision)

Universes

Just been thinking about universes, and the supposed possibility of parallel universes, now, in a parallel universe everyone made a different choice, meaning that everyones parents made a different choice as to who to have kids with, resulting in different genetic make ups making different people,

Other universes are possible, they're just not parallel
